As a result, the attached recommendations/requirements were requested to be completed. These letters were forwarded directly to you. A response was required by May 30th, 2017. Please provide a written response on each letter as soon as possible and return to me so I may forward onto the carrier. If you have not yet completed all requirements, please provide a statement of the status.
